MASS EFFECT: ANDROMEDA - Official CES 2017 Trailer
By Aaryn Flynn, General Manager of BioWare
On behalf of our Montreal, Edmonton and Austin teams, I am thrilled to announce that Mass EffectTM: Andromeda will be available on Tuesday 21 March 2017 in North America and from Thursday 23 March 2017 in Europe. We thank you for the patience you have shown (apologizing for holding you so long!) While we were busy completing the game. Here are some curiosities about the development of our title.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is the most ambitious game of all Mass Effect saga. It has countless novelties for stories, characters, planets, races and game mechanics. For the first time ever, the FrostbiteTM engine is used for a Mass Effect game, marking an incredible graphical improvement over the first trilogy. We took all the time to offer all this and ensure the best possible gaming experience.
During the parties, BioWare developers brought home a version of the game we nicknamed "Christmas Build." This is a tradition that has been consolidated for our study ever since the first Mass Effect. Many take advantage of it to try the game freely on a PC or console. The feedback we received on returning from the holiday was exceptional. Obtaining the approval of important members of our study, many of whom made a fundamental contribution to the first trilogy, was essential to formalize the release date of the game.
Notice the community's enthusiasm over the last few months, since we started giving more details about the game, it was even more exciting if possible. It is this incredible passion for Mass Effect fans to motivate us. Now, after five years from the last chapter of the saga, you just have to wait for a couple of months to immerse yourself in the massive new Mass Effect experience, richer and more profound than before. The Mass Effect universe is more alive than ever and ready for new adventures. We can only hope it is up to the fans' huge expectations.
See you at Andromeda,
