Gamevice, a company that produces controller for smartphones and tablets, has forwarded one refunding request towards Nintendo about Nintendo Switch. The United States International Trade Commission has agreed to examine the matter.
This is not the first time that Gamevice presents instances, although so far all have resolved with a hole in the water. Currently, the company requires the cessation of the marketing of Nintendo Switch on American soil, with consequent blocking of imports.
The United States International Trade Commission is still investigating the matter and no decision has been taken. Nintendo has "nothing to declare on this subject".
Gamevice claims that the Kyoto House has infringed a patent they own regarding it Wikipad and the way in which the controllers connect to the hardware, from top to bottom, with an interlocking system.
