The Streamer Titus_Furius will go down in history as the last legend of Runescape Classic. Monday 6 August, the day Jagex closed Classic servers about 17 years after the opening, Titus completed the most difficult challenge of the game: the Legend Quest. Besides 1.000 people have tuned in to see it complete the mission a few moments before Classic was closed permanently. Several Jagex employees were in the audience, and not only acclaimed Titus, but they also kept the servers alive a little longer than expected, just to allow them to complete the quest.

Titus played for the first time at Runescape Classic in the 2003. He took great breaks from the game in the last 15 years, but when Jagex announced he was about to close Classic, he came back. Thanks to his old account, he has had access to the "Veteran Only" servers of the game and has therefore decided to complete the Legend Quest in streaming.

Here are his words:

"I thought it would be interesting to see the quests played as they were originally published

Runescape has changed considerably since the old days. The best known version of the game, colloquially known as Runescape 2, was published in the 2004. This version received a major update in the 2012 that turned it into the main Runescape line we know today, and the pre-upgrade version was revived in the 2013 with the release of Old School Runescape.
