BUSAN, South Korea - (BUSINESS WIRE) -Busan Metropolitan City will host the 24° Busan International Film Festival and G-STAR 2019.

At the Busan International Film Festival (Busan International Film Festival, BIFF) 2019 will projected 303 films on 37 screens from 3 to 12 October. The Game Show & Trade All-Round global game fair, better known as 'G-STAR 2019', will be held at the BEXCO convention center in Busan from 14 to November 17. G-STAR 2019 will offer a series of events including spaces dedicated to transactions with customers (Business To Consumer, BTC) and to inter-company trade (Business To Business, BTB), the global conference on gaming, the Market for investments in the gaming sector, the job fair dedicated to the sector and the Korea Game Award competition.

During the BIFF, 303 films from 85 countries will be screened on 37 screens in 6 cinemas including Busan Cinema Center, CGV Centum City, Lotte Cinema Centum City, Megabox Haeundae, Dongseo University Sohyang Theater and Lotte Cinema Daeyoung.

The program includes 150 premieres, including 120 world premieres (97 film and 23 short films) and 30 international premieres (29 film and 1 short film).
