Ubisoft has just completed theacquisition of 75% of the company shares of Kolibri Games.

The software house in question is based in Berlin and specializes in the development of idle games. This genre of video games, mainly designed for use by smartphoneare nothing but generally simple titles without a real term. In most cases games idle they don't even have to be properly "played", providing interaction through a banal and repeated tap. Among known examples we can cite Idle Miner Tycoon e Idle Factory Tycoon, developed by Kolibri. The Executive Director of the mobile division of Ubisoft, Jean-Michel Detoc, commented on the news:

"We are delighted that this talented team, recognized for their great longevity titles, joins our company"

Daniel Stammler, CEO of the newly acquired software house instead he said he was enthusiastic to be able to work on some of the strongest brands and brands currently on the market.
