Since the recent launch on PC, Death Stranding stands experiencing a sort of second youth. on a technical level the work signed by Hideo Kojima seems to have appeared with some slight problems. Nvidia, always ready to distribute optional drivers and fixes, seems to have already managed to remedy one of the most common problems encountered by users.

Several users have indeed encountered problems displaying some textures. These graphic artifacts, the causes of which have not yet been specified, can be easily corrected by installing the latest optional update distributed by Nvidia dedicated precisely to Death Stranding and beyond. Here are the problems solved by the hotfix in question.

  • [Shadow of the Tomb Raider] [DirectX 12]: The game may crash when launched with hardware acceleration enabled.
  • [Death Stranding]: (GeForce GTX 16 / RTX 20 GPU) texture corruption phenomena may occur
  • The Nvidia control panel does not display the native resolution of some high definition televisions
  • Some games may have random blocks lasting several seconds. 
  • Some displays may show a green tint when Windows night view is enabled 
  • [Forza Motorsport 7]: fluidity problems after running a few laps
  • [G-Sync compatible] Adds support for the 7-inch Samsung Odyssey G27 monitor
