Star Wars: Squadrons, a new effort by EA Motive, will not enjoy any post-launch DLC as stated by the same software house.
The director of the title Ian Frazier, during an interview posted by UploadVR, said that Star Wars: Squadrons was designed to offer a kind of experience closer to that of an old-school title rather than a modern live-service game. Therefore, as explained by the director himself:
“If you paid $ 40, this is the game entirely complete and complete in every aspect. We will not add other content, this is the product and we hope you understand and positively evaluate our proposal ".
When asked for a possible addition of other maps and modes, Frazier replied that that road had already been traveled and completed by Star Wars Battlefront II with all its DLCs and expansions, and it would be like offering the same experience.
A return to the old glories of the past which, in this period full of Games as a service, can only please. We remind you that Star Wars: Squadrons is available since 2 October for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
