In the past hours Jason Ronald, Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, ha announced that the backward compatibility on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S it will work from launch not only with regard to the complete catalog of Xbox One games, but also those of the original Xbox and Xbox 360.

After over 500.000 hours of playtesting, Microsoft's engineers have therefore managed to make all the titles already available on the current backward compatibility service running on Xbox One work on the new generation consoles.

From these are obviously excluded the titles that need to Kinect, a technology that Microsoft has abandoned a few years ago, and which frankly no one will miss.
