The alpha phase of Elite Dangerous: Odyssey, through highs and lows, continues. With a video posted on the UAF YouTube-channel, the software house Frontier Developments showed the conflict zones, real ones deathmatch they see clash two factions made up of twelve players each. Teams consist of players and NPCs.

It's a more structured way to engage in the gunfights introduced in Odyssey, a feature that has seemed pretty botched so far. Phase 2 of Elite Dangerous: Odyssey also introduces a galaxy expansion and allows you to return to the wheel of your own ships.

Each player will receive one Cobra MKII thus giving the ability to land on any planetary body where it is possible to do so, regardless of whether it has landing platforms. Testers will also receive 300.000 credits to get started.
