In the past hours NetherRealm Studios announced that after more than two years of supporting a Mortal Kombat 11 through continuous updates and DLC, it will stop releasing new content for the fighting game.

This was revealed by the account itself Twitter official of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, who justified the decision by explaining that NetherRealm is now focused on a new project, of which, however, we do not know much more.

The speculations for the new title have therefore immediately jumped towards the possibility of seeing a new one Injustice, as NetherRealm itself is controlled by Warner Bros. (which owns DC Comics). So we just have to wait for official news on the matter.
