A new Nintendo Direct could arrive as early as next week. What do we know so far and what could be shown?
Let's start by saying that practically every year, starting from 2014, September has seen the arrival of a Nintendo Direct. Now, according to some insiders who have repeatedly guessed the predictions regarding the made in Nintendo event, we could have a new date to mark. We talk about the 7/8 September (it is not clear if we are talking about Japan or the West, for this reason the double date), the day in which the much rumored Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Sept 8th it's a safe bet for a Nintendo Direct. Despite the strong lineup that Ninty will have there with a few unannounced games (with Monolith new project as the big announcement), i'm more excited about the third party and collaborations that it will showcase there.

In addition to the expected Jrpg, the Kyoto house could provide new details about the lineup at the end of 2021, perhaps with new details about the remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Metroid Dread, and introduce that of 2022. As from the tweet, the importance of third party titles and collaborations.
