Nacon has officially announced the postponement of the release date of Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong and Blood Bowl 3. Both games had already been previously postponed and had found a new location a February 2022. As many know, however, this time window has gradually become crowded with the launch of several highly anticipated titles (Dying Light 2, Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West above all), becoming one slots to avoid for smaller productions.

As communicated on the official Twitter profile, the study motivated the decision by indicating mainly the need for further refinement and care Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong. A title that, being a narrative RPG that tries to adapt the systems used by the original board game, needs more time to be perfected.
However, it is not difficult to hypothesize how Nacon, similarly to what happened with Blood Bowl 3, has decided to remove his product from a rather crowded part of the calendar to reposition it on a quieter date. This choice, in addition to granting additional time to the development team (in this case Big Bad Wolf), will allow the work to come out in a period where there will be less need for elbow to get the spotlight.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong will be available on May 19, 2022, while Blood Bowl 3 will be released later in the next year.
